Description

Dementia support service for people residing in Cheshire East affected by dementia and Alzheimer's disease. The service also supports people with advanced dementia living alone in isolated locations or couples where both have a diagnosis.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB -Cheshire East Place intend to award a 1 year contract via Direct Award C to incumbent provider to deliver Dementia Support Services in Cheshire East Place. The contract will start on the 1st of April 2026, expire on 31st March 2027 and has an annual contract value of £92,695.
