Description
The Southampton City based Falls Recovery Exercise Class service contract is coming to the end of its term on the 31st March 2026. The current service has been reviewed with the recommendation of extending the arrangements with the existing provider via direct award process c, to award a 24 month contract extension to Saints Foundation. The extension will run from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 or Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The contract will commence on 1st April 2026 for a period of 24 months to 31st March 2028.
