Annual Compliance Inspection and Testing of HVAC Fire Dampers

Description

In accordance with BS 9999:2017, HVAC ventilation fire dampers must be inspected and tested every 12 months by a competent, trained and qualified fire damper inspector. This renewal contract is required to replace an existing time expired contract with a specialist supplier to enable these fire safety compliance continuance works to be undertaken.

Total Quantity or Scope

Single supplier on a 3-year fixed term contract with possible +1 extension. Requirements for contract management will ask the supplier to provide monthly reports, including all Health & Safety observations, recommendations and incidents occurring. Schedule of meetings will be monthly, via Microsoft Teams or in-person.
