Provision of counselling modalities to patients within the North Tyneside Talking Therapies anxiety and depression service. The service offers psychological therapies for patients registered with a GP in the locality experiencing psychological difficulties across the severity spectrum from mild to severe presentations.This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services PSR Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 and Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice. Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by midnight on 07/04/2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded, this notice serves as an intention to award under PSR.The intention is for the contract to be awarded to the existing provider following the PSR Direct Award Process Option C as it has been deemed that the existing provider is satisfying the original contract and will likely satisfy the proposed contract to a sufficient standard.
