This contract provides an East Sussex service to provide information, advice and support for loved ones of individuals who have died by suicide.

2. VI.3 Additional information
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. This direct award is for an initial term of 24 months, from 01/04/2026 to 31/03/2028 with the option to extend for an additional period of 12 months to 31/03/2029. The service value is £56,100 per annum; £168,300 total inclusive of 12-month extension. Decision maker: Deputy Chief Delivery and Strategy Officer, and Director of Strategic Commissioning. No conflicts of interest were declared.
