The Purchaser requires high quality grounds maintenance across 3 Sites, HMP & YOI Stirling, HMP Glenochil and HMP Perth (Central Area). All works must reflect best horticultural practice, ensure consistently high presentation standards, and maintain safe, clean, and visually appealing grounds.

Total Quantity or Scope

Core Tasks – Routine Services Grass cutting; Grass edging; Meadow/Turf maintenance; Shrub & herbaceous bed maintenance; Rose bed maintenance; Hedge maintenance; Young tree maintenance; Cleaning of grounds (incl. litter picking, leaves, hard-surface weed control); and Winter maintenance and snow clearance.
