Description
The service will provide support to adults with severe mental illness this will include but not be limited to: • non-medical support for those is crisis in a therapeutic environment; • crisis accommodation support, with the purpose to prevent admission to acute mental health and inpatient care; • access to residential respite care; • support earlier discharge from acute mental health services; • telephone mental health helpline, offering support over the telephone for people with long term mental health issues. The service will work in partnership with the Mental Health Crisis Team service within North East Lincolnshire.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. This contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. • Contract term - 1 April 2026 - 31 March 2029 (Contract term may be extended by two (2) years. • Contract value - the initial estimated lifetime value of the contract = £1,670,855
