The ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C The approximate lifetime value of the contract is £119, 960,87 The dates between which the service will be provided are 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027

Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 10 April 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net The decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Executive Group in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest to manage, The relative importance of the key criteria was weighted as equal. The contracting arrangements are not changing considerably and the existing provider is performing the contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the key criteria A direct award of 12 months is proposed whilst the full neurodevelopmental pathway across Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, including Bassetlaw, is redesigned.
