This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. This award was made under an urgent circumstance to ensure continuity of service for patients and partners within Bassetlaw and avoid any disruption caused by South Yorkshire's Integrated Care Board procurement of Individual Placement and Support (IPS) for people living with Severe Mental Illness (SMI services. The decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Executive Group in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest of individuals making the decision.
