This contract has been awarded under the urgent circumstances provision of the Provider Selection Regime (PSR). This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. This award was made under an urgent circumstance to ensure there is no gap in provision for discharge support at home packages of care across Nottinghamshire County. The decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Executive Group (the Deputy Chief Executive under emergency powers) in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest.
