Description
YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Alternative Fuelled Vehicles. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

6. II.2.11 1-15 Description of options
The DPS will cover the period from 3rd May 2021 to 2nd May 2025 with two options an option to extend. The first decision to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of March 2025, this extension will be taken for a maximum of just under 4 years to 2nd May 23rd February 2029. The second and final optional extension will be taken by the end of March 2029, this extension will be for a maximum of 2 years In regards to 2nd May 2031. All extensions will be dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract subsequent planned extensions, due to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures. changes in procurement regulations these will no longer by taking place. The maximum contract period will therefore be 10 years, from 1st 3rd May 2021 to 2nd May 2031 23rd February 2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).
7. V1.1 Information about recurrance
Estimated timing for further notices to be published: There is a possibility that this DPS will be renewed after 9.5 7 years from the commencement date.

This contract change notice is supplemental to the original contract notice number 2021/S 000-004669 and the corrigendum notice 2026/000 -015807 which was to change the end date of the DPS to 23 February 2029. This contract change notice is as a result of a change in e-tendering portal to amend the following:- 1. Telephone number for YPO as Buyer 2. Internet Buyer's Address 3. Confirmation of the end date of the DPS of 23 February 2029 in line with the transitional arrangements of the Procurement Act 2023 5. Clarity that the start date of the DPS was 03 May 2021
