HLH is provider of Radiology reporting for the Low Dose CT scans for Lung Cancer Screening. We send the images to them to report and they send the Radiology written report back to us. This eases pressures on in house reporting. They have a bank of Radiologists who pick up the scans to report.This is a Direct Award against The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub Teleradiology and Specialised Reporting Services FTS Reference: 2025/S 000-037677, Lot 2 Lung Cancer Screening (LCS), which is governed by PSR Regulations.This contract has been awarded under PSR Direct Award Process C. The value of the 12 month contract is £117,000.00. It is proposed that this contract will run from April 2026 to March 2027.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on 01/04/2026.
