The enclosed invitation to tender provides information for consideration by contractors with respect to the following Trust sites: Arnold Hill Spencer Academy, Ashwood Spencer Academy, Bispham Spencer Academy, Brackensdale Spencer Academy, Castleward Spencer Academy, Chellaston Fields Spencer Academy, Chetwynd Spencer Academy, Clover Leys Spencer Academy, Derby Moor Spencer Academy, Fairfield Spencer Academy, George Spencer Academy, Glenbrook Spencer Academy, Heanor Gate Spencer Academy, Highfields Spencer Academy, Hilton Spencer Academy, Inkersall Spencer Academy, John Port Spencer Academy, Long Field Spencer Academy, Millside Spencer Academy, Portland Spencer Academy, Rosecliffe Spencer Academy, Rushcliffe Spencer Academy, St Giles' Spencer Academy, Sunnyside Spencer Academy, The Mease Spencer Academy, Wyndham Spencer Academy Spencer Academy Trust is seeking an expert groundworks contractor(s) to help us with maintaining the Academy sports fields and communal areas within our Academy sites. Spencer Trust academies are found across three counties and five local authority areas. Staffing Proposals on the resources to be employed to undertake the services. Your organisations approach and policies with respect to employee wellbeing, equality and diversity in the workplace and compliance to 2015 Modern Slavery Act within your organisation and supply chain.
Service Delivery Proposals on your approach to provide the service and your approach and policies in respect to managing Health & Safety in through your organisation and operations.
References Bidder to supply a minimum of 1 contact reference(s). Current incumbent bidders need not supply references unless they wish to provide additional references for consideration.
Added Value Proposals on how your organisation can add value to the contract
Pricing Bidders must complete either or both Lot A & Lot B in full.
