Description

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of NHS England Midlands (The Commissioners) are awarding Contracts for the following Lots following a robust Competitive Process.Lot 1 - School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Lot 3 - School-Aged Immunisation Service (SAIS) in Northamptonshire The service commencement date for both Lots is 1st April 2026 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years until 31 March 2031. Note this is a change to the originally advertised commencement date due to a representation being received.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of contract award notice. This contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The following contracts have now been formally awarded using the competitive process and were finalised on 1 April 2026. Lot 1: Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland: The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is £5, 211, 173.95. This is an existing service and has been awarded to an existing supplier.Lot 3: Northamptonshire: The lifetime value of the contract (including extensions) is £3, 649, 900.37. This is an existing service and has been awarded to an existing supplier.The service commencement date for both Lots is 1 April 2026 and shall run until 31 March 2031.
