Maintenance and Service of Staff Attack Alarm Systems that were installed approximately 5 years ago. The system is a multifaceted security system which integrates on a closed protocol system installed and maintained by ASCOM. In addition to the servicing and preventative maintenance, this contract also includes remote monitoring of systems in real time.This is a direct award against the Clinical Digital Health Solutions (CDHS) Framework hosted by London Procurement Partnership (LPP). Lot: Patient Support Systems solutions. Sublot: system integrations/portals in relation to associated devices (alarms and wearable devices)- Reference 2024/s 000-032423 (LPP/2024/005)To change this system would cause a significant amount of disruption to staff and patients of Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. Therefore, the best course of action to ensure compliance and ensure continued maintenance of these systems would be to publish this notice
