Description
SCAPE, on behalf of Arc Partnership (the Client), are seeking to set up a new Framework for the site set up and establishment services across various locations within the Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Leicestershire areas. The Framework will cover all elements of the Client's business. The NEC4 Term Service Short Contract will be used to manage Client and Supplier relationship. Applications are invited from experienced providers for site set up and establishment services who can provide high quality, whilst using a customer focused approach particularly in the public sector. The specific services that may be procured under the contract cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however the nature and types of services that may be required may include those services identified by CPV codes on or in connection with any land or property and related asset owned, rented, leased or developed by Nottinghamshire County Council and Arc Partnership. Renewal Options
Estimated value based on framework duration of four (4) years. This will comprise of 2 years plus optional extension years of 1 + 1 years I.E. (2) + (1) + (1) years.
