Legal Justification
This contract was awarded through a call‑off from the CCS G‑Cloud framework. G‑Cloud has already been competitively tendered by CCS, because of that, we don't publish our own contract notice. We followed the G‑Cloud call‑off process, which includes searching, shortlisting and evaluating suppliers based on the framework rules. We've followed those requirements, so no separate tender notice is needed.
