Description
East Staffordshire Borough Council is inviting tenders for a multi-lot homelessness service covering temporary and emergency bed spaces, social rented tenancies to rough sleepers and other homeless people with intensive wrap around support.
Lot Division
| 1 | Temporary Bed Spaces Suitably qualified applicants to provide supported bed spaces to be used as temporary accommodation. |
| 2 | Emergency Bed Spaces and Navigator Service Supported Emergency Bed Spaces with a Navigator Service |
| 3 | Housing First 2 new ‘Housing First’ social rented tenancies per year for those with most complex needs and entrenched homelessness, including intensive wrap around support for existing and new tenants. |
| 4 | Stage 2 Floating Support Floating support to 11 self-contained ‘Stage 2’ properties, which act as a second stage to independent living for those who have already spent time in shared supported housing. |
