NHS Supply Chain: Food (the “Authority”) is issuing this Invitation to Tender in connection with the competitive procurement for the appointment of Fresh Food & Food To Go (the “Procurement”). This Lot is for Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Bread & Morning Goods in the following categories: Milk – Fresh & Long Life, Cream, Yoghurt, Butter, Cheese, Shell Egg, Liquid Egg, Bread Loaves & Buns, Baked Morning Goods and Non-dairy drinks (milk free).

2 Fresh Meat, Poultry, Fish & Meat-Free Alternatives

This Lot is for the supply of fresh meat in the following categories; Beef, Game, Goat/Kid, Lamb/Mutton, Pork, Chicken, Turkey, Meat, Poultry & Game Pies, Offal, Fish and Meat-Free Alternatives.

3 Fresh Produce

This Lot is for fresh and prepared fruit and vegetables and salads in the following categories: Whole fresh (fruit, vegetables and salads); Prepared (fruit, vegetables and salads) and Par cooked chips / prepared potatoes.

4 Food To Go – Patient Feeding Solutions

This Lot is Patient Feeding Solutions in the following categories: Patient Feeding Sandwiches, Patient Feeding Salads and Snack Pots.

5 Food To Go - Retail Concepts

This Lot covers Food to Go products suitable for a retail environments, cafes and outlets within NHS Trusts.
