Description
YPO are looking for Suppliers to be appointed onto a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of ‘The supply of Renewable Biomass and/or other related services – Ref 001080. The DPS is designed to meet the needs of all public sector organisations which includes YPO’s internal requirements and any of YPO’s wholly owned associated or subsidiary companies.

8. II.2.11 All Lots Description of options
The DPS will cover the period from 16/08/2021 to 15/08/2023 with two options to extend for additional 12 months. The first decision up to extend the contract period will be taken by the end of May 2023 and will be 24/02/2029 dependent on satisfactory completion of all aspects of the contract to date, the current market conditions for this category and YPO’s contracting structures. The maximum contract period will therefore be 4 years, from 16/08/2021 to 15/08/2025 24/02/2029 (subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance).

Please note that this contract notice is supplemental to the original Contract Notice submitted to Find a Tender Service under reference number2021/S 000-009517 and the Contract Change Notice number 2024/S 000-040817 which was issued to extend the life of the DPS and update the contract value. This notice amendment is for:- 1. Change in YPO contact Telephone Number 2. To update the Buyer's web address 3. Change to YPO's e-tendering portal to access the procurement documents and bid. The new e-tendering portal can be found at http://ypo2.my.site.com/s/Welcome 4. Change the Award criteria from 'price' to 'cost' to reflect the procurement documentation and how customers purchase from the DPS. The award criteria weighting remains unchanged 5. Confirm the end date of the DPS in line with the Transitional Arrangements under the Procurement Act 2023 6. Confirm the value of the DPS in line with the earlier corrigendum issued.
