Description
Supply of electricity to Chichester College Group under a fixed‑price contract awarded following a Further Competition run under Lot 4 of the United Learning Framework. Total Quantity or Scope
The procurement concerns the supply of electricity to Chichester College Group following a Further Competition conducted under Lot 4 of the United Learning Framework Agreement for the Supply of Mains Gas and Electricity. The requirement covers the Group's electricity portfolio across its estate, delivered through a fully fixed-price electricity supply contract. The services include the provision of electricity to all contracted meter points, the administration of the supply contract, meter reading, billing, account management, portfolio additions and removals, and compliance with all framework and regulatory obligations. The supplier is required to provide electronic invoicing, access to a customer web portal, transparent pass-through of non-commodity charges, and ongoing management of the account in accordance with the Retail Energy Code and the Framework requirements. The contract applies to the Group's electricity consumption for the relevant contract period, with supply commencing from 01/10/2026, 01/11/2026 or 28/02/2026 depending on the individual meter, and running until 30/09/2027.
