Description
The awarded contractor will provide external audit services for the Waythrough Group, including auditing the Group's financial statements and issuing an independent statutory audit opinion in line with relevant company, housing, and accounting legislation. The scope includes drafting annual financial statements, providing a management letter of audit findings and recommendations, and supporting Audit and Risk Committee and Board reporting. The contractor will also lodge statutory accounts with Companies House, prepare and submit required tax computations and returns, and support compliance with regulatory requirements, including those of the Regulator of Social Housing, Charity Commission, ICO, CQC and Ofsted, where applicable.
Total Quantity or Scope
This contract was awarded via the Crown Commercial Service RM6310 - Audit and Assurance Services Two (A&AS2) The contract will commence on the 22nd December 2025, with an initial term of three years ending on Tuesday 21st December 2028. There is a 12-month extension available, which could extend the contract until Wednesday, 21st December 2029. The estimated total contract value, exclusive of VAT is up to £422,000 and inclusive of VAT over the four-year duration.

Framework call‑offs do not require the publication of a separate call for competition in the Official Journal of the European Union or the Find a Tender service.
