Description
Magenta Living (ML) is seeking to appoint a competent, capable, skilled, experienced, and qualified Service Provider for the provision of Water Quality and Systems Maintenance (Legionella SMR) The Service Provider will provide a full range of legionella and water hygiene management services either entirely in-house or with an identified delivery partner or sub-contractor All properties to which the provision is required are in the Wirral, chiefly Wallasey and Birkenhead but also in some parts of Cheshire and South Lancashire.
Renewal Options
• 1st Extension - 01/10/2029 to 30/09/2030 • 2nd Extension -01/10/2030 to 30/09/2031 ML will determine whether to extend the contract in line with the above based on the needs of its business and service delivery performance of the contractor.

| Price | Pricing will be evaluated based on the % variance from the lowest price. Abnormally low Tenders and any Tenders that are withdrawn during the evaluation process will be excluded from the evaluation process |
