Legal Justification
Please note this contract is being awarded under the Managment Consultancy Framework 4. PwC was selected due to its previous involvement in the TPS Transition Programme and its detailed knowledge of the programme’s technical, operational and financial risks. Continuity of assurance is critical at this stage of the transition, and appointing PwC avoids the time and delivery risks associated with onboarding a new supplier during a critical period.
