The Authority required executive recruitment support for an Executive-level appointment, specifically the Chief Executive Officer role. Executive recruitment requires a specialist executive search approach to identify and attract high-calibre candidates with relevant sector and leadership experience. The contract was awarded by direct award under Crown Commercial Service Framework RM6290: Executive & Non-Executive Recruitment Services (Lot 2), which includes suppliers with proven experience in board-level and senior executive recruitment.
