If upon review it has been identified that their needs can be satisfactorily met by the sub-contractor, these cases will be allocated to the sub-contractor to complete their treatment. 108 cases will be referred. A weekly interface meeting will be scheduled to ensure the PTP has the relevant therapist (with the correct qualifications), as well as capacity to support the CYP in a timely manner. This will result in improved access waits and overall wait-to-treatment time. Those waiting the longest will be considered first. The use of outcome measures will demonstrate an improvement in the wellbeing of appropriate cases The provider will identify appropriately qualified therapists for each CYP, this will be discussed at the weekly interface which functions as the conduit for information between trust and individual therapists The CYP will have been assessed and had safety calls from NSFT's CFYP teams to ascertain risk and intervention level, and to record a risk and safety plan on Lorenzo should the young person make contact with CFYP via Duty or other NSFT services such as CAIST or 111 option 2. The PTP therapist will meet face to face with individuals (ideally) providing psychological informed interventions leading to improved outcomes in the young person's mental health DNAs will be reported to the Trust, and in these cases the senior clinicians within the CFYP teams will follow NSFT's clinical harm review policy to decide next steps. The young people will remain open to CFYP services.
