Legal Justification
The scope of the contract isn't changing, and the cost to move the equipment that the current supplier stores on behalf of the Council would be disproportionate for a 12 month period. A new supplier may also lead to disruption related to individuals, in potentially having equipment inspected and/or removed from their homes and reinstalled more than once in a fairly short space of time.
