This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) confirmation of award notice. The contract has been awarded under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract has now been formally awarded using direct award process C. The contract award date is 20th April 2026, with a contract commencement date of 1st November 2026 for a duration of two (2) years, with an option to extend for up to 24 months at the Council's discretion.
