The modification extends the existing Call‑Off contract term from 31 March 2026 to 31 August 2026 to ensure continuity of essential Dial‑a‑Ride support and Capital Call services while a replacement procurement is progressed. The value increase relates solely to the five‑month extension period. The extension is time‑limited and does not introduce any changes to specification, scope, deliverables, KPIs, pricing structure or underlying commercial terms. The supplier, delivery model and contractual obligations remain unchanged. The modification does not alter the overall nature of the contract.
