This is a case management/ health oversight service for Liverpool and Sefton registered patients who are either subject to section 3 or section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983.

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB - Liverpool Place and Sefton Place intend to award a 7 month contract via Direct award C to incumbent provider to deliver case management/ health oversight of patients who are either subject to section 3 or section 117 of the Mental Health Act 1983. The contract will start on the 1st May 2026, expire on 30th November 2026 and has a contract value of £515,998.

Legal Justification

On the 16th April 2026 the ICB's Executive Committee approved this decision and there were no declarations of interest made by members that would materially or adversely impact on matters requiring discussion and decision.
