Description
United under the TeamUCL Brand, Students' Union UCL invites proposals from sports clothing companies to provide playing kit and leisure wear for TeamUCL.
Renewal Options
We intend to engage a supplier for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods to a maximum of five years. Extensions are to be agreed in writing by both parties a minimum of 90 days prior to the contract end date.
Award Criteria
| Product quality: including fabric, fit, design, durability and options for customisation | To ensure the evaluation reflects the priorities of the students who will be using the kit, the weightings will be finalised after the ITT goes live and informed by the results of the upcoming student survey. |

Other Information
The intention is to engage a supplier for a period of three years, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods to a maximum of five years. The appointed supplier will work closely with TeamUCL colleagues to ensure we are provided with exciting, wearable clothing designs that meet our requirements set out in this tender.
