This contract award has been made following Direct Award Process A (The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 7) The contract term will be 3 years with the option to extend for a further 1 year at the sole discretion of the Authority. The contract will start on 01/04/2025 and end 31/03/2028, if the optional extension is utilised the contract end date will be 31/03/29. Contract Value for 25/26: £398,959,592 Expected Contract Value for years 1-3: £1,196,878,776). The extension provision (enacted at commissioner discretion) is £1,595,838,368.00. Lifetime contractual value (including provision to extend) is £2,792,717,144 This contractual value includes: Associate contractual portfolio of £33,877,294.00 per annum; lifetime contractual value of £135,509,176.00 (inclusive of extension provision).
