Establishment of a multi‑lot, multi‑supplier framework agreement for the provision of homecare and related services for adults across Westminster City Council and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The framework covers neighbourhood‑based homecare provision, spot purchasing, complex care by exception, reablement and hospital discharge services, and accommodation‑based homecare. The services fall within Schedule 3 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and were procured under the Light Touch Regime.
