Description

Oadby & Wigston Borough Council has secured Warm Homes Local Grant funding from the Department for Energy Security and Net-Zero to improve the energy efficiency of 70 privately owned domestic properties located within the borough by 31st March 2028. The Council has appointed a Contractor to carry out a programme of whole-house retrofits using a fabric first approach, to install measures to improve the energy efficiency of a number of domestic properties located within the Oadby & Wigston Borough, as well as delivering high quality installations and outcomes for customers.

Total Quantity or Scope

This contract is to provide services to the Authority to support delivery of the scheme and to deliver the following elements of the programme: loft insulation, solar pv, ventilation, high retention storage heaters.
