Description

This procurement covers the provision of additional personnel to support car park management and admissions operations during peak visitor periods. Car park staff are responsible for managing vehicle flow to prevent congestion on the A46, ensuring queues do not form onto the main road. They will direct vehicles safely and efficiently, maintaining traffic flow and prioritising visitor and public safety. The admissions support element provides additional staffing during periods of high footfall to ensure visitors are processed efficiently. This includes managing multiple admissions points, such as the main admissions window and external pods, to minimise queuing and maintain a positive visitor experience.
