This Intention to Award Notice is issued in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 9, Direct Award C. The Procurement relates to the provision of GP Services at Marrow House. NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) currently holds a contract with the Birches Head Medical Centre for the provision of GP Services at Marrow House. The intention is to award a contract to the Birches Head Medical Centre, the existing provider, via the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Regulation 9, Direct Award C. The contract period shall be for a period 2 years (1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028) with the option to extend for up to a further 1-year period. The estimated contract value is £60,000.00 for the initial 2-year period. Should the ICB exercise their right to extend the total contract value is estimated at £90,000.00.
