Other Information
On the 1 April 2022, the ScotRail franchise transferred to ScotRail Trains Limited, a company owned by Scottish Rail Holdings Limited (SRH) which in turn is owned by the Scottish Government. The use of this requirement will be extended to SRH and could be extended to its other subsidiaries in the future. This is a 'negotiated procedure with prior call for competition' in which both your response to the PQQ and your Initial Tender are to be completed simultaneously and both are to be submitted at the latest by 12:00 on 29 May 2026. As such, please ignore section 'IV.2.3) Estimated date of dispatch of invitations to tender or to participate to selected candidates' in this notice and the dates provided there. The timescales outlined within the 'Invitation to Request to Participate and Invitation to Negotiate (ITN): Occupational Health, Health Surveillance, Drug & Alcohol testing & Medication Checks, Physiotherapy Services and Neurodiversity Services' contained within the WAX Digital portal should be adhered to. To participate you must submit an electronic PQQ and ITN via the ScotRail Wax Sourcing System by the deadline.
