Renewal Options

The Purchaser reserves the right, during the term of the Contract, to request additional services in accordance with the scope and provisions set out in the Contract. The scope of such services is limited to support and maintenance activities relating to the Core Benefit Platform (SPM). The published contract value includes an estimate of anticipated additional services, which are not guaranteed to be required, and is based on the Purchaser’s expected business needs at the time of contract award. The Purchaser may also request further additional services throughout the contract term where business requirements change or evolve. As a result, the actual spend under the Contract may vary from the published contract value.
