Description
1.5 weekly GP sessions as face to face drop ins co located at The Friary Day Centre in West Bridgford. The cohort presents with complex SMD needs, including individuals excluded from Nottingham City areas due to probation restrictions or safety concerns. Holistic medical assessments are provided, addressing urgent presentations e.g. infections and co morbidities e.g. respiratory conditions, mental illness.

For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. The publication of this notice marks the start of the standstill period.

Representations by providers must be made to decision makers by 7 May 2026. This contract has not yet formally been awarded; this notice serves as an intention to award under the PSR. Written representations should be sent to nnicb-nn.psrsupport@nhs.net The decision was made by the Joint Commissioning Executive Group in line with the ICB's Scheme of Reservation and Delegation. There were no declared conflicts or potential conflicts of interest to manage, The relative importance of the key criteria was weighted as equal. The contracting arrangements are not changing considerably and the existing provider is performing the contract to a sufficient standard taking into account the key criteria
