Description
East Lindsey District, located in the heart of East Lincolnshire, spans approximately 1,760 square kilometres (681 square miles), making it the second largest non-unitary district in England and the ninth largest overall. With its diverse communities and expansive geography, East Lindsey plays a vital role in the democratic process, serving an electorate of around 110,000 residents, of whom approximately 20,000 choose to vote by post. The Returning Officer (RO) for East Lindsey District Council (ELDC) is entrusted with the statutory responsibility for the administration of all elections and referenda within the district. To support this essential function, ELDC is seeking to appoint a capable and experienced supplier to deliver high-quality, secure, and timely Election Printing Services under procurement reference PA23. This ITT invites quotations for the provision of the following key electoral materials: • Poll Cards • Postal Packs - One Piece Mailer • Blank Postal Packs - One Piece Mailer • Ordinary and Tendered Ballot Papers • Large Copy Ballot Papers • Corresponding Number Lists (CNLs)
