Description

The Health Access for Refugees Programme (HARP) tackles critical health inequalities for asylum seekers, refugees, and vulnerable migrant groups in Coventry. Building on the success of the 2023 – 2025 pilot, this proposal seeks funding to expand and strengthen HARP from 2026 – 2028. Our model delivers integrated, culturally competent healthcare access, reduces NHS system pressures, and promotes community resilience through neighbourhood health initiatives that reduce reliance on urgent and emergency care.
