To remove (dredge) silt from Canvey Lake, the suppliers solution will need to include:- Ensuring the safety of the wildlife habitat of the lake during the removal Considering the best use of the silt i.e. should it be taken away, or reused to improve banks and islands Budget is limited to a maximum of £500k which may not cover the whole lake area, so the solution should include determining which area or areas of the lake are to be de-silted
