Housing Solutions has awarded a call-off contract to City Electrical Factors Limited for the supply and delivery of Electrical materials and associated services to support planned investment works, responsive and cyclical maintenance, compliance works and retrofit activities. This includes but not limited to electrical components, lighting products, cabling, containment, accessories, alarms, test equipment, renewable and energy efficient electrical solutions, together with associated services such as logistics technical support, order management, returns and compliance with applicable waste and environmental regulations (including WEEE).
