Description

Asda Pharmacy will maintain an agreed stock level of medicines used in the treatment of gender dysphoria. This service ensures there is timely access to medicines used in this treatment in a safe and accessible environment. This service is an activity based contract. The pharmacy is reimbursed based on the prescribing of the medications listed within the service specification.

Total Quantity or Scope

NHS Cheshire and Merseyside ICB has awarded a one year contract via Direct Award A to the provider to supply medications in accordance with the service specification across Cheshire and Merseyside. The contract commenced on 1st April 2026 and will expire on the 31st March 2027. The price of the contract is activity based.
