The Supplier will be responsible for delivering a detailed Programme Plan and establishing a resourced PMO to support UR in its governance role, via the Oversight Group. The Supplier will be responsible for: • Developing a Programme Management Approach which sets out the procedures and reporting mechanisms to be used to govern the smart meter programme.
