Description

Under pension legislation (originally the Pensions Act 1995), the trustee of the Magnox Group of ESPS is required to appoint a scheme actuary. An external actuarial firm has been appointed to fulfil this role. The costs relate to the provision of mandatory professional actuarial services to the Trustee. This appointment is subject to periodic review by the Trustee. The scope covers actuarial and consultancy advice to the Trustee for the period 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
