Description

PSD requires a contract to be in place for the collection and delivery of documents and parcels throughout Scotland, including the Highlands and Islands, and occasionally UK-wide. The supplier is required to courier items from various NHS sites on a same day and next day service. This service is critical to service the document requirements of NHS Health boards throughout Scotland, therefore this requires a contract to be put in place to help protect the provision and continuity of this service. The contract will be required to provide the service 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

Total Quantity or Scope

Open procurement via PCS-T to obtain a single supplier for the contract.

Renewal Options

Option to extend for a period of up to 2x12 months until 30/06/3032. The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract subject to satisfactory performance.
