Description

Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council is seeking to appoint a suitable supplier (person/organisation) to undertake the management and operation of the catering kiosk at the Aquasplash Facility at Aberavon Seafront, Aberavon, Port Talbot in the County Borough of Neath Port Talbot. The Operator is required to enter into an operating agreement and a lease with the Council from a date to be agreed to the 31st March 2030. Full details of the Council’s requirements in relation to the Operating Agreement and Lease are set out in the Invitation to Tender.
