Award Criteria
Experience Tenderers are required to demonstrate that they have sufficient recent and relevant experience delivering cyber security governance and assurance services comparable in scope and complexity to those required by SONI.
Governance & Advisory Tenderers must describe their methodology, governance capabilities and proposed delivery approach for establishing and operating SONI’s Cyber Security Governance function.
Standards and Certifications Tenderers must provide required certifications as listed in the RFP
Account Management Confirm that suitable account management will be in place
Cultural Fit and References Explain your approach to operating as an independent Cyber Security Governance Partner within client organisations.

Provision of embedded cyber security specialists to provide additional capacity within SONI teams, supporting the day‑to‑day delivery of cyber security governance and assurance activities.
