Legal Justification

The system is established and integrated into the University's IT estate. Replacement project would be costly and a business case for the change has not been raised in time for the renewal. University of Kent is not seeking to change this core enterprise system ahead of the merger with University of Greenwich. Strategic changes to enterprise systems will be decided by the new executive body, following the merger.
